Simplest thing to do is to exercise the opposite (antagonist) muscles to facilitate a release in them. e.g. external rotator cuff, rhomboids and scapula depressors.
I live in Firenze, Italy and have been diagnosed with a TOS that happens to have all the symptoms of a pectoralis minor syndrome. I have bilateral weakness on both arms (with only slight and intermittent pain), which get relieved if i stretch gently with the hands the pec minors. The problem is that they are rock hard and so far stretching doesn't work properly, plus they always get contracted again so any improvement got through stretching returns to the initial point. What would you advice? Trigger point treatment? Nerve glides?
Sorry for the worried rant but here in Italy is difficult to find real help.

I think DTM would definitely be of benefit. Alot of stripping, cross fiber frictions & stretching would help lengthen and release the tissue.
PNF Stretching and also Myofascial release techniques could also help however these things can only be done with a therapist and not alone.
Also the application of heat can also help as it can increase the elasticity of the tissue, heat followed by alot of stretching would work well.
