I would work with more stretching and movements.
A petient presented to my clinic 1/12 after onset of a wry neck, with 10 degrees of left rotation, and 5 degrees of left lateral flexion. I have been mobilising her cervical facet joints (all extremely stiff and painful unsurprisingly), and she now has full rotation, however there has been no improvement in her lateral flexion range, other than it is no longer painful for her to do the movement. Does anyone have a treatment suggestion for improving lateral flexion range?

Can you give us more details about her medical history and clinical assessment? Too less information and can't be certain about advice.
