Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew about treating limbus vertebrae.
I have a gentleman with right sided lower back pain with radiation down the lateral thigh to anterior knee. He is tender to mobilisation of L4-5 and palpation of piriformis. Pain is aggravated by right lateral flexion > extension and with walking prolonged distances. Sitting is okay.
Everything I have done so far has provided him with no/minimal relief.
He has a 'normal variant ununited ring apophysis limbus vertebrae of L4' (anterosuperior). Is this causing his problem? What can I do to treat it?
Cheers, Allison.
