Case study of a patient following an RTA

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
Hello, i'm a physiotherapy student and i was wondering if i could just have a few helpful discussion points about a case study i'll be presenting later on in the week:

"A 30 year old female reports mild dizziness following a
minor RTA 8 weeks ago. Discuss your considerations
and your role in the management of this patient."

I'll be researching mainly vascular and neural disorders concerning the cervical region for this. I was wondering if there were other possible factors to consider too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

Re: Case study of a patient following an RTA

    Hi,
look also at Concussion and subsequent vestibular related problems.
So that's Neuro rather than Musculo issue.
    Regards,
    Fyzzio

Re: Case study of a patient following an RTA

Thank you for the reply Fyzzio.Just finished writing up my presentation and i stuck with vascular, vestibular and red flag considerations surrounding the cervico-cranial region. The disorders i mainly looked at were cerebro-occular reflex dysfunction (vestibular), vertibrobasilar arterial insufficiency (vascular) and an overview of typical red flags i.e myelopathy. Apologies for posting this question on the wrong page, it's just that this presentation is for my Musculoskeletal disorders and disease module which is why i assumed this would be the appropriate category.Once again many thanks for the help, much appreciated
