    Which Maitland Mob??

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
I am just wondering does anybody have a list of what the most suitable mobs are for each jt and all the possible limited mvts within each jt. It just would be a quick handy reference guide. Or could anybody recommend a good book to help this. I have Maitlands peripheral mobilisation where it details how to perform mobs but does not refer to which physiological movement each mob will help. Any help appreciated???

    Re: Which Maitland Mob??

Hi, in my Maitland it does give advice on what each mobe does?? Do you have a guide on convex / concave rule re joint movements.. we were given one at uni and that helped me. Sadly I've no on-line resource.. just a dog-eared coffee stained few sheets! If you visualise the anatomy involved in the mobe it helps
