C3-4 compression

Hi.
I am just wondering if it's safe to test C1/2/3/4/5 myotomes in those who have been diagnosed with C3-4 compression and are awaiting surgery. If not then why?

02.What is the history of complaints
03.What are the your subjective & Objective findings
04 What are the special tests done (X-ray,MRI....ect)
05.What is the indication of surgery
06.Where they are going to be cut (Body area)
07.What type of surgeon going to do the surgery
Reply me.Because most of the time Physios can treat symptoms above C5 successfully without any others help
