Most of the current surgical treatment of plantar fascitis seems to be aimed at detensioning the fascia in some way or other. Does any one know if there has been any attempt to inject with Botox into Soleus then to do a really hefty stretch regime after. I am desperate to think of ideas after 16 months of agony so not only thinking about patients!
