Why do some some trigger points have such a short (30 - 60 seconds) duration of local twitch response and others have such a long ( 5 - 10 minutes) during ischemic compression ?

Are the "metabolic waste products" built up more in the longer twitch response areas ?

I've experienced TRP melt away and some took Damn near two months of Every other day to get the muscle fibres return to normal.
