    Mulligan Home Exercise - Hamstrings

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    this was a good one!
    i have a query..
    in mulligan bent leg raise technique-> are we working on hamstrings?
    is it contract relax for hamstrings? if no, then how is it different? can you please explain me the rationale behind this technique?

    Hi

    The Mulligan Bent Leg Raise is a hold and release technique and it works on Hamstring. It increases the hamstring length and increase SLR instantly, when the back pain related to this SLR, this technique is extremely useful to increase the length of the SLR and decrtease pain associated wirth it.
