Hi, can anyone please advise on the role the adductors play when someone has lateral pelvic tilt...i.e if your hip is low on the left side, would you stretch the left adductors and try to activate the right, or vice versa? I have chronic pain which maybe caused by my pelvic position (left hip lower than right), so im trying to level it, but there are different views on what side adductors you stretch and what side you strengthen. Can any1 advise please? Thanks
