Lesion to the frontal branch of the 7th cranial nerve

Hello, i recently ( one week ago) suffered a glass cut to my temporal area and am now unable to lift my eyebrow.
I've consulted various surgeons both from the public and private sector and have been told with no exception that
my temporal branch of the facial nerve is sectioned with no chances of repair because of its location and high risk of other nerve damage during surgery. No exams were performed whatsoever.
My questions are, is there any surgeon specialised in microsurgery who has dealt with similar cases? Are there any garantees of a safe approach to the damaged nerve? I'm willing to try it even if the type of intervention has a low success rate, i just don't want to compromise my other facial nerves integrity.
I'm from Portugal but my question goes at international level.
    Thanks in advance.

perhaps best advice might be hang on a little while more to see how neuroplasticity effects recovery.
