Arachnoiditis in Lower Lumbar Spine

Hi,

I have a 58 y/o male diagnosed with arachnoiditis of lumbar spine as well. I don't know if this is the same patient that Majorjoy had but he reports the same signs and symptoms. I'm doing pain management, LE flexibility ex and trunk isometrics for now. Any suggestions?
