I was given a case scenario: Jake is 35 years old who had stroke causing a left hemiplegia half year ago. He has problem in lifting his left foot up during walking, and he is also suffering in left knee pain.
I decided to do several assessments on Jake, including proprioception, coordination and sensation tests. And in terms of his treatment plan, I am not sure whether his inability to lift this left foot indicates a drop foot gait pattern, and I am also struggling on what treatments I can do. Please can anyone give me some ideas?
