Can anyone highlight a case they have had where surgical intervention has been successful in the treatment of a femoral cyst and suspected avascular necrosis. I have two patients in this situation and have read on various steroid injections into the head, marrow implantation etc. Most of this seems to be happening in the USA. I am in the UK and the surgeons are saying "wait until a replacement is necessary". On behalf of my clients thanks
