i've been using th3e reebok slide board for exercising professional sportsman for a few months now - with some great successes in particular for athletes experiencing regional groin pain. there seems to be very little literature or programme-based rehabilitation utilising slides, especially disappointing as they fit with the entire dynamic control programme. has anyone out there got any specific exercise programme base form which to work, for wither upper or lower limb as i would be keen to integrate the slide into rehab for many conditions.
