My wife is experiencing right> left inguinal area burning following sitting. The burning radiates into bilateral hip adductor area. She also reports right foot pain after weight bearing. Spinal palpation doesn't elicit pain or radiculation. SLR and sharp sensation are unremarkable, active spinal flexion and extension is unremarkable. She hasn't responded to sacral mobilization, spinal treatment, soft tissue mobilization, specific active muscle stretching, segemental spinal stability, walking, acupuncture or ultrasound-ice contrast to the inguinal ligaments. Symptoms incurred insidiously about a month ago. However we were intamate the night before.

Anyone have a clue?
