    Add a Body Chart

    rehab protocols following elective spinal surgery

    I am a senior I working in ortho. We currently have no set protocols for rehab following elective spinal surgery. I was wondering if anyone has anything or any ideas on this subject. Please contact myself at my email address clairemckenzi2@hotmail.com

    we recently started prehab 2 weeks before surgery , post op 2-3 weeks for microdisc/laminectomy
    oswestry is a great scale to have pre/post op
