dose this pateint need physiotherapy at this time....!!!????

plz could any body tell me if this case can be managed and what is the appropriate management ....

the case is patient who falls from high altitude resulted in lumbar vertebra fracture and tibial fracture......from 15 days he performed 2 operation
1 - vertebral fixation by orthotic cage
2- open reduction with internal fixation with plate and screws for the tibia now he is in plaster cast .....

plzzzzz any suggestions?????!!!!
