    Swimming techniques for Amputee

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Hi, I'm doing a research about the swimming technique in amputated people. I was hoping someone could say me a journal or a web site where I should find some good information. Thanks!

    Please look up:

BACPAR - British Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Amputee Rehabilitation

SPARG - Scottish Physiotherapy Amputee Research Group

    CSP + "amputee"

Another good site is Halliwick (Welcome to Halliwick or Johan Lambeck - Aquatic Physical Therapy Specialist)
This is specifically for teaching people with disabilities how to swim. I have done the foundation course, and found it very helpful.
    Good luck!
