dear PTman,
Can you be a little more specific?
Do you mean a specialistic childrens hospital, a paediatric rehab centre, a general hospital.
There are many subspecialities... if you tell us a little more, answering will be easier.

dear PTman,
I can tell you what I know of the hospitals in a number of countries in Europe but I have no idea if that will be the same in your country.
I suggest you ask the hospitals in your own country as well.
Paediatric physiotherapists/physical therapists, can be responsable for treating children of all ages in many categories
Intensive Care Unit,
pulmonary care,
orthopaedics,
rehabilitation,
gasteroenterology,
general paediatrics,
rheumatology, etc. etc.
Some hospitals are specialized in a certain area such as lymphatics or burn victems.
It does vary per hospital and per country.
Good luck with your studies,
Esther
