Hi

Im treating this 3 yr old boy with equinus gait and mild hemi(lt).The boy is on botox injections.He has poor balance and suffers freq falls(chief complaint)walks with wide base of support.He is very very active however!and its is difficult to get him to follow through with any trt plan no matter how playful you try and make it.His muscle strength is avg and on careful observation only will one notice his favouring 1 hand more than the other even for bilateral hand activities.
Any advice on how to treat and go ahead with this patient?(parents are no help in trying to get the boy involved-they arent either!!and its been that way for quite some time)They want to know when he will walk normal-thats it!
