Infant Bells palsy AND electrical stimulation

I would like to know, whether to use index finger tip for stimulating motor point in paediatric bells palsy? OR direct pen electrode facial motor point stimulation?

Would you please explain which is preferred and rationale for choosing, if possible with evidence.
