    Adductor tenotomy

Hi friends, I have a 3yr old dystonic child who has been advised for adductor tenotomy after he develops adequate sitting balance. He was born premature at 6 and half months with his twin sister who is also a right sided hemiplegic as well as blind. He has achieved head control and rolling and can maintain sitting position for a while. So will tenotomy help him? He has fair hand function in right hand and poor in left one.
