Hi, does anyone have any useful help on how I can re-align my pelvis? Its been like this for a while - right hand side pushed forward and up due to some pain from lower back. I guess I held it like this over the last few years due to injury to lumbar disc problem; my muscles pushed the pelvis up and forward as the pain was easier to manage - just an instinctive reaction.

I now have pain under control for this as I've been doing core muscle exercise for the last 18 months. I now want to see if I can do anything to re-align my pelvis. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
