neck and arm pain

hi i am sandip.i am suffering from neck and arm pain from last one week.I showed the docs but they said only,that's only muscularpain.so how is this pain reduce by anyphysio exercise?please give me some solution by net only because i do not able to go out side offenly.

hi,
there might be a copression on nerve in your cervical(neck). you should get a MRI scan to confirm it.
May be the pain which you are feeling in your arm is a radiating pain.
