Numb/Pins and needles for two weeks

hi,

i need some advice please. ive had not 100% sensation in my big toe for a few weeks now, it feels like pins and needles in the toe when i touch it and there isnt full sensitivity, quite hard to describe. the joint is slightly swollen but this could have been happening for a long time.

i wanted some opinions on what you think could be causing it and whether i should see a GP or physio?
