Just recently i have been doing a lot of walking and swimming and i have noticed that my good leg is fatter than my bad leg. Bad leg as in the one i had the op on

I can see the calf and thigh musscles are bigger

Is this normal and something i should worry about?

    Hello Fatter Leg,
Well is it painful? red? swollen? Do they feel soft and shiny? If not, could be your good leg doing more work than the bad leg, which as a result make your good leg muscles more developed, then nothing to worry about.
