Hey!!! first visit to the forums so hi to all the members!! right, basically i broke my scaphoid a long time ago and have had months of 'put it in a cast and see how it goes' and sometime after that my doctors finally put a screw in it and had a bone graft, its been 2months and today i got my cast off!! yaaaayy!! so theyve sent me home with no cast and a list of undetailed exercises to do. i have a tiny but if movement in my wrist but thats it, i can turn my palm up and down easy but rolling my wrist back and forth is near impossible.

so what do i do?, just keep trying and itll start to give????
is it supposed to hurt this much i mean it feels like it was when i first done it!!!???

i can squeeze my hand quite well and grip is ok :/ and have alot of movement in my thumb like normal i just cant do the action of say revving a motorbike engine???

should i use my other hand to strain it through the discomfort???

im a uk based cage fighter and need to get back on my game asap, its been like 4months now and nothing is getting better!! i have no faith in the NHS in our country and dont kno what to do!! they said the screw has come loose and will have to take that out sometime too!!

thanx for you help people!!!! Sam Crouch!!
