Hi all, I will try to keep this brief After having a drunken childish night for wrestling with a few friends I have developed a catalogue of aches and pains (I know I know, that will teach me for being so childish )
My greatest problem is the fact that my little toe on my right foot seems to be screwed up. When I try to straighten it I get the feeling that to straighten it is streching a tenden and it begins to hurt. I get no pain from it when walking.
Since this issue with my little toe I have been getting pain in the back side of my upper right leg (hip down to my knee). At first it was when I lifted my leg (getting out of bed or getting up off a chair) but now I am getting a constant pain when I am sitting at my desk at work and when I walk.
I kind of thinking that the 2 problems are related and am wondering if anyone can cast any light on the subject.
I fly out to Mexico on Sunday and am worried that this might affect my snorkeling time!
Thanks is advance for any help
