Hi all
I wonder if anyone can give me some general advice. About a year ago I suffered a running injury which resulted in a ball of pain in the mid region of my right leg. I also started getting bad pain over the arch of my foot whenever I stood up from resting. I stopped running earlier this year completely.
I saw a therapist earlier this year who suggested tendonitus and did some friction massage on the tendons. This got rid of the pain at the front of the foot, but I then noticed I had pain around the ankle joint and a weakish feeling in my mid right calf which I am still suffering from today. I also get the pain (an ache) at the midpoint of the right foot - I think a tendon inserts here ?
I am also at times getting throbbing along my right leg and foot.
Can anyone suggest what this might be ?

Having so many injuries at your right leg might be related. You say the pain at the front of the ankle has disappeared. At the other hand you have pain in the mid section of the calf and pain of the whole of the leg going into your foot. It is not clear to me where this pain is located, At the front of the leg, back, inside outside? What do you mean with midpoint of your foot? Is there a link between activities or rest and the pain? Ball of pain in the mid section of your leg, where is this.
You have to more precise to get an answer. Like: the pain was initially at my knee then I got pain at the front of my ankle and so on. So describe everything with points of orientation, when it occurs, what makes it worse/what makes it better.
