Major problem / Symptomatic Areas
Foot - Anterior - Right
Hi, I've had a minor issue with my right ankle mainly aggravated by cycling. It has been ongoing for 3 weeks. One of two incidents has caused this, or maybe both together. Either pushing too hard on climbing out of the saddle or I was rotating my ankle one night whilst sat down and heard a loud cracking. The sensitive area is between my medial bony joint, medial malleolus (I think) and the medial tibialis tendon. Sort of at the front but medially located. I've seen a physio who said it was an inflamed ankle joint and no tendon issue and to keep active and apply heat. It has not got any better so any advice would be great.
