My name is Mark M. and my mother is a 15 year stroke survivor. I am currently doing an undergraduate correlational study onphysical therapy environment and life-satisfaction. I have always been intrigued with my mother’s recovery process and this study is a testament to that. I am asking you to please volunteer some of your time and participate in this survey.
