							Hello everyone,
i was was wondering if you could help me . I had my baby 6 weeks ago via a normal vaginal delivery - super fast all okay . Subsequently I went on walks with my baby strapped to me on week 3 - still all fine and at almost 4 weeks went on 2 walks on one day rested a bit in between lasting 30 minutes each, got home noticed I was very tired too some paracetamol and rested subsequently I started having this dull ache in my public region - it was very achy initially before becoming a dull ache - so I took ibrupofen for a day or two but the pain didn't it was still their but it's was still dull, fast forward to 2 weeks later whilst trying to grasp something for my baby I felt I pulled something and the pain started again - so I used ice and took some ibuprofen for 2 days pain startedw reducing again. I have subsequently. Seen my Gp who has recommended 2 weeks of ibrupofen and will be seeing am obstetrics Physio on Monday . However I've think I may stretched it again that same yesterday and pain increased again. I can walk okay, use staircase, sneeze, cough etc, no incontinence. I live in 3 bed semi, so I use the stairs a lot, no problem. Sorry for my waffling but what do you think. I didn't have spd in pregnancy. Thank you
