Hey, I have had shoulder impingement for 6 months now.

I went to a physio and he said my scapula control must be improved. He said to work on rhomboids but I'm still not sure how, or why.

I have attached a short video demonstrating my current scapula control with overhead motion.

if possible i would like to know:

1. what exactly is wrong with my current scapula movement? can anyone show me a picture of where my scapula should really be?
2. which muscles should i be using?
3. how would i fix this?
