Major problem / Symptomatic Areas
Knee - Anterior - Left
Hi all,
I was recently diagnosed with ACL rupture, meniscus tear and minor osteoarthritis (inner) in my left knee. I have an appointment with a knee specialist next week. In order to avoid further damage to my knee, including the meniscus, would it be a good idea to start doing some exercise? Also, would it be a good/bad idea to use a knee compression sleeve?
Any thought appreciated.
