About 6 month ago I did a high kick which strained my left adductors and hamstrings. My hamstring seemed to heal but my adductors only slightly improved. I read on the internet I should stretch them 2-3 times a day. I tried a few times but even after short light stretching it feels like my strained muscles become super weak when rested. Is this normal? Should I continue?
