Hi,
I injured my neck playing rugby a couple of months ago whereby my neck bent downwards and there was a cracking noise, but nothing too serious. After the injury I had pins and needles in my index and middle finger, I couldn’t turn my head completely to the right and my back was stiff as a result. It’s now been a couple of months and the pain has pretty much gone, however, I have extremely low strength in my right pectoral (potentially tricep) muscle. When attempting to do a press-up, it feels like I have absolutely zero strength and I can’t move my chest even a mm off the floor.
Just wondering if anyone knows what I might have done and whether it’s likely get better by itself?
Thanks in advance,
Ali
