Shoulder - Anterior - Right
hello i had Shoulder Dislocation Arthroscopically Managed with Absorbable Knotless Anchors. and i have been told that after 2 years it will be totally dissolved and i can go back to normal life but it is already been more than 2 years since my surgery at 07/2015 and yet i still have a little discomfort when i sleep on my shoulder ad well i started to do sport a couple of months ago. and i started step by step not to overload my shoulder but yet it is still painful to do some exercises. so my question is how to know if it was a successful operation and how long it takes to have full recovery. also am i going to be able to have totally ideal range of motion and strength or i will live with some limitation?
