Hi all,

I had a fracture in the left arm in the elbow, with two small fractures, one in the head of the radio and another in the region of the epicondyle. After three weeks of immobilization, I took off the splint and started physical therapy. The problem is that I am feeling a lot of pain during the physiotherapy session, when the therapist stretches the arm and in the opposite direction, when I have to fully bend my arm. The pain is very strong, I scream like a madman all the time (the whole time I say is the seconds that last the stretches).

Is this correct? Is there any other school of thought in physiotherapy that prefers less pain in favor of a longer treatment?

This is my hope. I can not stand it anymore, it's a real torture session.

Thanks in advance.
