Left bicep missing fibres!
Hi guys,
I'm having trouble in my left arm as long as I started focusing in workouts. Only I got this problem. See the images of my left and right biceps below.

As you can see from images above my left is totally messed up. I'll list my issues with left arm. My right is completely normal and more strong.
Issues in messed up arm:
1. The fibres in left lower bicep especially short head are totally dumb/inactive/missing and I cannot feel anything in particular near elbow
2.Range of motion is not complete when I try exercises like lat pull downs, one arm dumbell tricep extensions and even preeacher curls(couldn't do a single pull up with this imbalanced arm)
3.when I lay in bed, after few minutes in relaxed position, left arm becomes numb and tingling sensation in little and ring fingers.
4.when I do bicep workouts within a completion of second set in 1st exercise(dumbell curl) left tightens so bad and nerves pop out like hell...restricting complete range of motion
Can anyone provide me help on this??
Kindly help me guys...if there is any way to fix this or is this just pure genetic thing!
