Hi, for the past two years I have been experiencing a caved in right knee and an over pronated right foot, I have taken all measures to stretch out the area, for example strengthening hip flexor so the knee doesn't compensate and cave in and also strengthening the lower half of my leg to accommodate for any weakness in that portion that may be causing my imbalance. The problem hasn't subsided through the stretches. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I can do now since seeing a physio in my part of town is not going to be easy. My symtpms
are :
cant rotate knee outwards on the right side. So foot over pronates to allow for that range of motion, my hip almost feels stuck and sticks out a little to the right objet . The tightness is there when I squat in the area connecting the quads to the hip flexors
I'm not very sure. Pain is starting to accumulate in the knee and upper quadriceps due to this so I hope someone can help
