Hi all,

I have been suffering with chronic calf strain for a while and I am actively looking to get it fixed, I finally have a professional physio appointment next week. My question is however, I work an office job so I'm mostly sat in a swivel chair all day. I find that my legs ache and are painful pretty much constantly while sitting down. I don't get these feelings anywhere near as bad when I lie down compared to sitting up in a desk chair.

Does anyone have any recommendations about how best to sit to allow my legs to heal effectively. Should I raise the seat higher/lower? Should I bend my knees or straighten them? A few suggestions such as the answers to these questions would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance,
QuornKid
