Hi, I have pain at the back inside of my left knee when I do any exercise. It is just at the side rear of the knee joint if that makes sense. It does feel a little better when I stretch my hamstrings straight legged in a wide stance but I am struggling to go for a run as it feels like it's pulling.
The other issue I have had for about 9 months now is slight pain in my big toe joint when I flex my toes upwards and downwards as far as they will go. If I flex multiple times the joint sometimes cracks. I am pretty sure that it isn't gout as I have been diagnosed with gout in my left big toe which feels different to this, however, I am dubious of this diagnosis as food and drink does not trigger it and earlier this year I had a lot of pain from it and was prescribed anti gout drugs and steroid tablets in that order which did nothing to help it, but that's a different problem.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks in advance.
