@physiobob can you Help me?
Hello everyone, I'm from Germany. I put it into google translate and I apologize in advance for any misunderstandings
It's about the fact that the right side of my neck is always tense. It got massively better, but that tenseness is always there. It comes when I'm really tense, a twitch to the right.
Up until now, I was always doing the straightening and was given muscle relaxants, but this only helps for a short time.

I'm wondering what should I do to get more progress?
Which strand is that which is always so tense in the photo?
Where should I stretch, which side should I strengthen?
Regards

Looks from your photo like you have a scoliosis or a shift of your spine to the right side lower down causing a correction higher up and another redirect at the neck. You should work with a therapist to sort of the spine from the pelvis up ( see if the same shift is there in sitting to see if the pelvis/hips are involved too). I suspect the neck issues are just a symptom of a problem that lies further down.

Thank you for your response
I had many tests. Mrt etc. all fine, no scoliosis. Also went to the chiropractor. stretch a lot. My head used to be very crooked. All of that has gotten better. But what I noticed was that I had had the flu for almost 2 weeks. Was in bed a lot, then it got worse. My physical therapist said just straighten the right side. Do you maybe know what else I should do? And how do I finally get the high muscle tone out?
