    Question Neck Degeneration

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
An MRI has confirmed wear and tear in multiple places in my neck (details below). Symptoms - ulnar nerve on left side feels like its on fire and pinky and index finger go number every night when the nerve is compressed during sleep.. and this wakes me up! Also getting occasional mild numbness in left thumb and widespread burning sensation at top of chest/armpit and pain at back of neck to top of head. Would welcome thoughts from the community if I can resolve this esp. ulnar nerve issue which is driving my crazy due to disturbed sleep. Although I am doing various neck exercises and hanging head of end of bed I dont really know what I am doing. I also have mild burning sensation in toes of right foot. I am seeing a physio next week for help!
