LLLT Low LEvel Laser Theraphy Do I need a licence to use it in the UK

I have got my own LLLT equipment and am looking for info if I can use it in the UK legally. Do I need a licence for treatment?
Has anyone attended training for working with LLLT?
Do I need to look for a course locally?
Please, share any info on the topic
    Thank you

It all comes down to malpractice and if you have some form of training to use it at a clinical level. i.e. If you were to damage someone, even if perceived, would your training be adequate and be covered under your professional indemnity insurance to cover you for a malpractice claim.

Perhaps also asking the manufacturer for their guidelines on their specific piece of equipment as well. Do let us know what you found out.
