Uk physio wants to work in Oz- registration dilemma

I am a physio working in the UK and want to emmigrate to Oz. I have been told that you can register in NZ and then you can work in Oz too (without the exams and lengthy application process) I want to know whether the Trans-tasman mutual recognition agreement between Oz and NZ is still an option. The recent updates on the CSP site do not include this now.
