Study and work as a physiotherapist in canada

I have completed my BPT in 2011 want to do mpt in canada but applications for 2011 session are closed.one could please guide me for admission in canada for this year only for mpt in ortho as a clinician not in research.Do tell me if i could join PG diploma there then i do masters, please reply as soon as possible.Tell me about the right procedure to get in canada for studying then working there.
