South African physiotherapist moving to the UK

I am currently in my fourth and final year of physiotherapy in South Africa. I had a question about applying to work in the UK. I know that I have to get registered with the HCPC but I was wondering if I have to complete my community service year first before I am considered a qualified physio who can work in the UK.
