dry granulating wound, 3rd stage..what will u give?pulse lavage or
autolytic debridment?
i think both ans are not matched...ans should be hydrogel...???

Since it is a granulating wound, both pulse lavage and autolytic debridement would not be appropriate. They are used to remove necrotic tissue and debris (it's not the case).
But correct me if I'm wrong..

nope...you r right...pulse lavage and autolytic debridment, both are used for necrotic tissue removal....and in this case hydrogel should be the answer because its used for dry wound...what do you say?
